By placing an order with Pure Chic Interiors you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Price of goods
The price of products listed is final and non negotiable. Pure Chic Interiors reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Descriptions
All descriptions of goods including measurements, colour and finish are as accurate as possible; however please allow up to 1cm variation in the measurements. Colours may present slightly differently depending on your monitor and there maybe slight variations in colour due to most products being hand finished.

Delivery
Please check goods upon receipt of delivery and in the unlikely event of any fault or damage, report this to Pure Chic Interiors within 24 hours retaining all original packaging. A replacement will be provided as quickly as possible. Goods delivered by specialist courier must be checked upon receipt and any damage reported immediately to both the courier and by telephoning Pure Chic Interiors leaving a message if no reply.

Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late deliveries as a result of circumstances beyond our control.
 
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee. The 7 day period commences when the customer receives delivery of the goods. Goods should not be returned without first informing Pure Chic Interiors by telephone that you wish to do so. Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days from the original delivery date. Small items should be returned using the post office parcel delivery service. When returning goods we strongly advice that you obtain proof of posting and sufficient compensation cover. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us. All delivery costs are strictly non refundable and the customer will bear all return delivery costs. All goods are at the customers risk until they are received by Pure Chic Interiors. A refund for the price of the goods will be issued within 14 days of the satisfactory receipt of the goods. Refunds are not offered after the 7 day period expires. 

Privacy
Pure Chic Interiors will never share or sell your personal information to any third party except specifically to the courier service used by us to complete your delivery. When paying for goods using a credit or debit card ypur details are handled through Paypal. We do not receive sensitive financial informatiion like your bank or credit card details.
