For Small furniture, mirrors and accessories delivery is free to mainland UK. For larger pieces of furniture or mirrors requiring delivery by specialist courier the charge is £60 for mainland UK. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Isles will be more, please call or email with your location for a quote. Discounts are offered for deliveries to Hampshire and the surrounding area - please see deliveries page for details. Will I get a discount on delivery for ordering more than one piece of furniture? Yes! If you wish to order more than one item that requires specialist delivery please email or call by going to the "Contact Us" page before placing your order as a discount will be applied on the delivery charge for multiple orders, alternatively you can make your purchase and we will contact you to adjust the delivery costs. How can I pay, can I use my credit card? We currently accept cheques or credit/debit card payments through paypal, it’s very easy to use, completely safe and secure and you don’t even need a paypal account. Is your website secure? All online transactions through the Pure Chic Interiors website are secure using PayPal SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, Pure Chic Interiors won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about your sensitive information being passed onto third parties. How long will my goods take to arrive? Accessories should arrive within 1-5 working days from receipt of cleared payment. However delays do occasionally occur, so please allow 10 working days before contacting us to report missing goods. Small furniture and mirrors should arrive within 1- 4 weeks from the order date. Larger items of furniture and mirrors requiring specialist delivery may take between 2 - 8 weeks for delivery, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date once your order has been placed, an exact date will be confirmed before delivery. Do all orders have to be done online? We are more than happy to take your order over the phone if you’d prefer and we’re here to offer advice or help you with your selection if needed. However payment would need to be made by cheque for this method. So if you need to pay by credit/debit card you will need to use the paypal facility online. Say I don’t like the piece once it’s in my home We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you’re not, goods can be returned within 7 days from delivery date for a refund minus all delivery costs. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions). Do you ship outside the UK? No, this is something we may do in the future but at present we don’t ship outside the UK. I can’t see the piece I’m looking for; can you get it for me? If you have something in mind then do contact us, we have many suppliers and are able to get hold of most pieces we will do our best to find what you're looking for, we’re happy to help! What if the goods I’ve ordered are out of stock? In the event that your goods are out of stock we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of the potential delay whilst we re-stock. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible but you will also have the option of cancelling your order.
