Small items will be sent via Royal Mail or standard courier. Larger furniture and mirrors willl be sent via Pure Chic Interiors courier or for long distance deliveries by a specialist courier company.

Free Deliveries

Small furniture and accessories will be delivered free to mainland UK. For deliveries to Ireland and the Scottish Isles there may be a small delivery charge, please email stating your postcode and the goods you wish to order for a quote. At present we do not deliver outside the UK.

Accessories

Accessories should arrive within 1 - 5 working days from receipt of payment (if paying by cheque please allow an extra 5 working days for clearance). You will be advised by email when goods are dispatched.

Small Furniture and Mirrors

Provided goods are in stock they should arrive within 1 - 4 weeks from the date of order. Once we receive your order we will contact you to advise of an approximate delivery date. For standard courier deliveries a signature will be required. If you are out when delivery is attempted a card will be left with relevant instructions. Please collect the parcel from the depot or arrange a re-delivery within the specified time as goods returned to us will be charged re-delivery costs. If you would like your goods to be delivered to an alternative address you can provide this information at the checkout. 

Large Furniture and Mirrors

Some items are just to large or fragile to box and require specialist delivery this will take a little longer as we want you to receive your goods in perfect condition. Therefore please allow between 2 - 8 weeks for delivery of some items, you will be advised of an approximate delivery date once your order has been received, an exact date will be confirmed before delivery. Specialist delivery charge is £60 per item to mainland UK. Deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Isles will be more and may take a little longer, please email or call for a quote by goiing to the "contact us" page. Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a  phone call to advise you of your delivery date.

Goods Out Of Stock

In the event that goods are out of stock we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of a lead time. Whilst we will endeavour to re-stock as quickly as possible you will have the option to cancel your order. 

Multiple Items 

A discount on specialist delivery costs will be applied when purchasing multiple items which do not qualify for free delivery. Please email or phone us by going to the "contact us" page stating the items you are interested in and your postcode and we will provide you with a quote, alternatively you can make your purchase and we will contact you to adjust the delivery costs.  

Discount for Hampshire and surrounding area

Pure chic Interiors offers a discount on delivery costs to Hampshire and the surrounding areas. For the immediate area approximately 20 miles from our base in Havant, Hampshire the cost for delivery will be £10. For deliveries within a radius of up to 70 miles the cost will be £30. If you are unsure if the discount applies to your area please email or phone stating your location by going to the "contact us" page.  Discounts can be applied before or after making your purchase.

Damaged Goods 

Please check your goods on delivery as a refund or exchange can only be made if any damage is reported on delivery. 

Packaging 

At Pure Chic Interiors we are concerned about the negative effect packaging is having on the environment and consequently we will endevour where possible to re-use boxes, make use of a products existing packaging and try to use  as many biodegradeable products as possible. So if your goods arrive in a box with a picture or description of a product which is different from your order this is simply our attempt to do our bit for the environment.
